Prime Management Services has been providing total association management to non-profit organizations since 1997. In fact, our very first client, Gold Star Wives of America, Inc., is still managed by us today. As a total association management solution, we serve as the association's national headquarters and full-time staff.
Because our staff has expertise in a multitude of areas, we are able to provide our associations with professionalism and expertise in financial management, event management, membership management and many other critical areas that contribute to association vitality and strength. Our management structure provides a cost-effective infrastructure that allows the volunteer leaders the opportunity to focus on the organization's mission. We understand that communication is critical in any partnership and with that, we assign each organization an Account Manager who serves as the primary liaison between the volunteer board and the Prime Management Services staff that provides services to the organization.
As a smaller association management firm, Prime Management Services is able to devote greater percentages of our time to develop solutions specific to each organization we serve while simultaneously providing regular feedback and suggestions to the organization's board of directors on how we can assist in meeting the organization's goals.
