Prime Management Services understands the importance of financial records reporting.  We utilize the latest reporting technology and will provide your organization with monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on the financial status of your organization. 

Monthly Reporting
Each month, Prime Management Services will prepare reconciliation reports for your bank, investment, and savings accounts.  These reports will include detailed reports of all deposits, where they came from, where they were deposited to, and when.  They also included check details, what was paid, why and when. 

Quarterly Reporting
Each quarter, Prime Management Services will prepare financial statements including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows.  These reports may be compared to previous years to determine if new strategies should be considered, they may also be compared to budget projections to determine where changes are required for the future.  Financial statements may also be reported on a filtered basis, for example, the tracking of pledges received over a 3 year period for a fund drive or fund raising campaign, or the income and expenses of restricted grants. 

Year End Reporting
Prime Management Services will prepare all year end reports and ensure that your taxes are filed properly and on a timely basis.
